The Rivalry is Heating Up

With only three days left until the big game, I am finding my football fever coming to an all time high. As if the yearly rivalry between our Utes and the 'team down south' was not heated enough, this years game has BCS and conference championship implications stacked on top. As the week moves closer to Saturday, I am getting more and more anxious about the game... and my jersey and red face paint are ready for the game to begin already. This game is going to be huge... and we are very excited to be able to attend the game to experience it.

Our season tickets took my unhealthy addiction to football to an all new level... and I am already preparing for the withdrawls that will inevitably come following this years bowl game. Julie and I have really enjoyed going to the games and supporting our Utes ... although my heart and voice box is ready to be relieved of the weekly stresses of the footbal season.

Julie gives me a hard time when I yell at the TV during games as she says that they can't hear me... but when we attend the game, that reasoning does not apply and I am free to influence the team with thoughts on strategy, formations, and Brian Johnson's accuracy. My advice along with my various superstitions should be just enough to allow us to pull of the 3-6 point win which I have projected.

So I will end this post with one of QuynhAnh's favorite bed time songs... as it will doubtless be heard many times as the Utes offense continues to score this weekend:
